Niels Teves graduated with a master’s degree in international Law from the University of Amsterdam in 1988 and started his career at merchant bank MeesPierson N.V.

He became Co-Owner and Co-CEO of Fintage House BV in 1999.

As Co-CEO Niels oversees the business lines of the group primarily in the area of neigbouring rights and film and TV rights. He is also involved in various investments, acquisitions and divestments of the Fintage group.

Together with his business partner Robbert Aarts he co-founded CASHét Card LLC in 2012.
CASHét is market leader in offering payment solutions, including credit cards, to film and television productions.

Apart from his activities for Fintage, Niels holds various board positions of nonprofit organizations.

Robbert Aarts graduated with a master’s degree in corporate Law and started his professional career at an international law firm called DentonsBoekel. Thereafter Robbert joined MeesPierson merchant bank where he represented major entertainment and sports clients.

He became Co-Owner and Co-CEO of Fintage House BV in 1999.
As Co-CEO Robbert oversees business development.

Together with his business partner Niels Teves he co-founded CASHét Card LLC in 2012. He is the current manager of this LA based company which is market leader in offering payment solutions, including credit cards, to film and television productions.

Since 2019 Robbert is co-founder and Member of the Board of RithmPay, which is a partnership between CASHét Card and City National Bank, the leading bank in the entertainment industry. RithmPay develops credit card solutions for the entertainment business management community and for Live Music Touring.

Robbert joined the board of directors of FilmAid International in 2011 and of EYE Film Institute based in Amsterdam in 2012. He currently serves on the Supervisory Board of the Netherlands Film Fund.
Robbert is an industry event speaker at Film Finance seminars and conferences worldwide.

Vaucia joined the company in 2001 as a Financial Account Manager Licensing and CAM.

In 2003 she assumed the role of Head of Administration for CAM during which period she set up and managed the team of financial account managers in the Netherlands and Hungary. After 6 years she shifted to the operational side of the company and became HR & Operations Manager. In 2016, she was appointed as COO for Fintage House and is entrusted with managing and overseeing the company’s day-to-day operations.

Before Fintage House, Vaucia worked as a product specialist for Vivendi SA. Outside of work, Vaucia loves globetrotting with a stack of good books!

Before joining Fintage House in 2001, Marcel worked for a large Dutch life insurance company where he was instrumental in integrating the company’s databases with those of its larger clients.

Marcel managed the Music & AVPR sector from the Budapest office for two years and since 2009 is spearheading the Audiovisual Producer Rights (secondary rights) business line from The Netherlands.

Together with a team of 15 professionals he manages the secondary rights for 400+ producers and rights holders. He maintains close relationships with all major collecting societies, holds various board seats at the EU collecting societies including AGICOA and attends all the major film and TV markets.

In 2014, he set up the Digital Rights business line, ensuring piracy protection and monetization for Fintage House clients from platforms such as YouTube, Facebook and Instagram. Through a joint venture with an UK rights management company, Lasso Rights Ltd was formed in 2015 and is since 2017 owned by Fintage House. Lasso manages the digital rights for 150+ companies including Voltage Pictures, Red Arrow Studios, Millennium Media and many others.

Besides his work and busy family life with two kids, he is active in various sports including swimming and bootcamp.
